Wilma has been in the financial industry more than 50 years and loves the business. She started her career as a Diversified Cooperative Training (DCT) student at Pensacola High School and has worked in all phases of banking. Her previous employment history includes a successful 23-year career in the savings and loan industry, start-up and management of a local federal savings bank, production manager and team leader for two nationally recognized lenders, and loan originator for several banks, mortgage companies, and a credit union. Wilma strongly believes the “home is the very core of our American way of life.” Her traditional values and commitment to exceptional customer service ensure that your loan experience will be a rewarding one with her.
A native of Pensacola, Wilma graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She currently is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and recognized as Affiliate of the Year in 2005. Wilma is actively involved with the Home Builders Association (HBA) of West Florida and currently serves as a Director. In addition, she is the past president of the HBA Auxiliary Council, and recipient of the HBA Associate of the Year Award in 2007. She holds the Life designation for recruitment and retention of members in HBA’s Spike Club and is an avid supporter and volunteer for the Auxiliary Council’s Angel Tree initiative. She was the Charter President for Pensacola Seville Sertoma Club and instrumental in the development of Seville Place, a historical housing project in downtown Pensacola.
