Pace Commons will be a new mega community located in the Pace, Florida area. This 1055-home subdivision will be located near Bell Rd, south of Highway 90. It will be situated just off Avalon Boulevard which will be main access road for the future residents of Pace Commons to access Interstate I-10.
Pace Commons, just like lot of large residential developments will start with Phase 1.
The community will definitely help with the limited inventory of Santa Rosa County new construction market but on the other hand it will definitely create challenges for local drivers and commuters and public in general. The affected streets by Pace Commons development, Bell lane and Sterling way, should always have one lane open and construction work should take place between 9 a’clock in the evening and 9 a’clock in the morning.
An outgoing trend of Santa Rosa County is noticeable especially in the Pace area, one of the fastest growing communities in the Florida Panhandle. Another large-scale new home community called Lakes of Woodbine is being developed on the west end of the Pace Rea. Located on Woodbine Rd, Lakes of Woodbine will offer 726 homes. The other community that is in a way similar to Pace Commons, is Yellow River Ranch in nearby Milton.
The location of Pace Commons is definitely very attractive. Shopping on Hwy 90 offers all major stores such as Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Wallmart and sporting store Dicks. As already mentioned Pace Commons is only about 10 to 15 minutes away from Interstate I-10.
