Innerarity Island Community is located in Southwest Pensacola near Perdido Key, Florida and Ono Island, Alabama. Innerarity Island offers a variety of new construction homes of different styles, sizes, and of course, price ranges. All these new properties have been built during the last few years, mainly because of all the lots that become available on Innerarity Island.
There have been and are many different builders on Innerarity Island taking advantage of all available parcels. Starting from production builders such as Adams Homes or semi-custom Flynn Built Homes all the way custom builders such as Westerheim Homes, Aberfeldy Home Construction, and many others.
The majority of new construction homes on Innerarity Island are located on Innerarity Point Rd, and near North Shore Dr. These homes don’t have waterfront access, and therefore, their price is a little more affordable. Waterfront new construction homes being built in Russell Bayou are much more expensive because of the cost of the land.
