The Phase 1 of the Jubilee Master-Planned Community located north of Pace, Florida has been approved. The Jubilee will be situated east of Chumuckla Hwy, between Willard Norris Rd and Luther Fowler Rd.
The Phase 1 consist of 260 homes on 318 acres. Unlike any other communities that have been so far built in Santa Rosa and neighboring Escambia Counties, the Jubilee will be very different in terms of the size and overall design. This mega development will be situated on roughly 2700 acres and it will most likely take about 10 years to fully build out.
The Jubilee project is inspired by other Florida master master-planned communities such as Seaside located in Walton County and Celebration located near Orlando. Aside from housing, the development planned to include schools, commercial areas. medical facility and more. As far as the amenities, a pool and a cabana could and collection of parks could be part of this development.
The Jubilee community should also provide a lot of green spaces and walking paths. All that should make the community walking/pedestrian friendly.
